We are very happy to be able to organize a Standard FIDE Rated Tournament at the end of this difficult year. This was our first FIDE Rated OPEN Tournament on a Standard time control. We hope that everyone enjoyed the past few days at Red Knight Chess Club.
Congratulations to FM Jony Habla who won the tournament, FM Poompong Wiwatanadate and Jimson Bitoon who took the 2nd and 3rd place, the best lady Airene Robillos and the best junior Shin Jingjang. The prize fund was 18000 thb.
Red Knight Chess Club will organize regular Standard, Rapid and Blitz competitions. The calendar at this point depends on the development of the Covid-19 situation. Hopefully it will get better soon.
